General Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. These Terms & Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This web site and our terms and conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law.
We only accept payments with a Credit or Debit Card or payments via Paypal. We use Stripe as our clearing service.
Goods & Conformity
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. We reserve the right to substitute any product with a product of the same or higher value as advertised.
Whilst we take great care in packaging all goods it may still happen occasionally that goods are damaged in transport. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure food products against damage during transport. However, we do take customer satisfaction seriously and, once satisfied over the validity of your claim, will offer you a refund. For administrative and financial reasons we will not automatically send replacement goods and generally prefer to refund monies for damaged items.
Right to Cancel
You may normally cancel your order only if the goods have not been shipped. If you cancel your order after the order has been shipped we reserve the right to charge you for any perishable goods and the shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
We use a variety of delivering companies trying to ensure the fastest and most convenient way to get our products to you. However, we rely on your feedback to check on the delivery services we use. If a parcel has arrived in any other condition than anticipated by you, please email us on email@example.com.
We try to process any order within 2 business days and will send you a text message, once your goods have shipped, including a tracking number, if applicable, with a probable arrival time. Handling and shipping charges are based on the type of product and weight, calculated automatically and listed separately in the shopping cart. We only ship to physical addresses in London inside the M25, and we cannot ship to BFPO addresses. In general, our s&h charges are £6 for any orders with a minimum order value of 15£, and we ship any orders of £40 and more for free.
Important: Since we mainly use overnight carriers please provide us with a delivery address where there is definitely somebody available to receive the parcel. The carriers will only confirm the probable delivery day, unfortunately not delivery time. Always consider your place of work, a neighbour or a friend as an alternative shipping address. Should something come up at the last minute and you need to change the delivery day or delivery address please contact us immediately and, provided the parcel has not already left us, we will change it.
