From the Tick Tock man on the back streets of Singapore, Patou has transported the evocative and exotic flavours of this little slice of Asia to London. Patou would sit patiently each lunchtime and look forward to tucking into her laksa, rendang or tom yam. These flavours, smells and textures would lovingly be recreated at home and when a gap was spotted in the London lunchtime market, Patou and her son Mark decided to share these flavours with the hungry lunchtime office worker from a small unit on the corner of Old Street and Clerkenwell Road.
Each soup, rice box is lovingly made in small batches. There are no production lines or robots in our kitchen, simply a hard working team making our fantastic range of Asian Soups, Rice boxes and other goodies.
